What is a Wedding Day Coordinator?
A Wedding Day Coordinator assists the couple with the final stages of planning and is there on the day of the wedding to execute their vision and be an extra pair of helping hands so that the couple can enjoy a stress free day.
Why do I need a Wedding Day Coordinator?
If you want to have a stress free day and be a guest at your own wedding then a Wedding Day Coordinator is essential.
I will be behind the scenes ensuring everything runs smoothly and assist you with anything you may need.
What is the difference between a Wedding Day Coordinator and a Wedding Planner?
A Wedding Planner works with the couple from the start, suggesting ideas, choosing suppliers, working on budgets etc. A Wedding Day Coordinator is for those couples who want to do the planning themselves but want a professional to bring it all together.
My venue has an Events Coordinator, what is the difference?
Most good venues will have an Event Coordinator. They are primarily concerned with the venue, the logistics of the day and how this impacts their staff. They work for the venue and not for you. They are not responsible for managing your suppliers on the day and will not be an assistant to you.
When should I book you and your service?
As early as possible! To ensure I am available on your wedding date, I would recommend booking 6-12 months beforehand. However, as my service begins only 6 weeks before your wedding date, I can be booked at the last minute (subject to availability).
How much do you charge for your service?
Prices start from £500 for 8 hours on the day coordination. This example is based on a venue within 50 miles of DN7 and an off-peak wedding date. Please contact me for a quote personalised to your requirements.
Where are you based?
I am based in South Yorkshire and primarily cover Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire but can work with couples all over the UK if required. This will be subject to additional travel/accommodation expenses.
My wedding is abroad, can you still help?
Although I am based in the UK, I can be available to attend your wedding abroad. This would be subject to additional hours, accommodation and travel expenses. Please contact me for a bespoke quote.
Are you only available for Weddings?
Certainly not! Although I specialise in weddings, if you feel my service would help you with a different type of event, please get in touch.
